Sam's love of real estate and thirst for knowledge became evident when he passed the Brokerage exam in 2021.  In 2024 Sam grew his knowledge and experience in Commercial sales.  This year alone, Sam sold an Assisted Living Facility and Skilled Nursing Facility.  Sam assisted his customer in purchasing a couple corporate back NNN leased buildings.  This was a result of over $68 Million dollars in sales for 1 year.
